On this page
01
Website Use
You may use this website to learn about our services, request information, and contact us regarding a possible rental. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or unlawful information.
02
Quotes and Availability
Website content and quote requests are informational and do not reserve inventory or guarantee availability. A reservation is confirmed only after the required agreement is signed and the stated deposit or payment is received.
Pricing may change based on quantities, location, access, installation requirements, taxes, permits, delivery, and optional items.
Photographs and descriptions are representative; exact inventory may vary while remaining reasonably comparable.
Quotes remain valid only for the period stated on the proposal.
03
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate event and site information and for securing any permissions not expressly included in the rental agreement.
Provide safe, timely access to the installation and pickup location.
Identify underground utilities, irrigation, septic systems, and other concealed conditions.
Obtain venue approval, permits, and property-owner authorization where required.
Keep rented equipment protected and use it only as instructed.
Notify us promptly of schedule, guest-count, layout, or site changes.
04
Delivery, Installation, and Site Conditions
Delivery windows, installation plans, staking methods, and pickup timing are confirmed through the rental agreement. Additional charges may apply for difficult access, unreported site conditions, waiting time, special labor, or changes requested after arrival.
Oakdale Tents may decline or modify an installation when weather, utilities, terrain, access, or another condition creates an unreasonable safety risk.
05
Payments, Changes, and Cancellations
Deposits, payment schedules, change deadlines, cancellation fees, and refund eligibility are stated in the customer’s proposal or rental agreement. Replace this section with the company’s actual policies before publishing.
Requested changes remain subject to inventory and may change the price, delivery plan, or required tent size.
06
Weather, Damage, and Liability
Outdoor events involve weather and site risks. The rental agreement should explain severe-weather procedures, evacuation responsibility, permitted use, damage waivers, replacement costs, and limits of liability. Customers must follow all safety directions and stop using equipment if conditions become unsafe.
To the extent permitted by law, website information is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated in a signed agreement.
07
Intellectual Property and Governing Terms
Website copy, branding, graphics, and original photographs may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
These terms should identify the governing jurisdiction, dispute process, severability language, and the business’s full legal name and address before launch.
